Shanti Khan, RN

Shanti has been a valued member of the Premiere Health Group family since its inception, and so is a familiar face around the office! Shanti brings 24 years of experience as an operating room nurse at SickKids Hospital, which shows her commitment to patient care. She ensures the smooth management of the office and makes sure patients and their families have a positive experience at every visit!
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and 4 children, and her husband of 28 years.

Dr. Tom Laurenza obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. He also completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University.
Dr. Laurenza is excited to be a part of the team at Heartland Health. As a graduate of St. Gregory Elementary School and Rick Hansen Secondary School and as a member of various sports leagues in Mississauga, Dr. Laurenza feels privileged to be able to maintain and improve the oral health of the community in which he grew up.
Dr. Laurenza is very passionate about his treatment and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. He is a strong believer in preventive dentistry and values the importance that it has in maintaining oral health and general health. Dr. Laurenza also spends a great deal of time focusing on patient education so that his patients feel comfortable with his treatment plans. His commitment to patient education also allows his patients to understand what causes oral disease and the steps that are needed to prevent it.
Dr. Laurenza has a friendly personality and understands that every patient is unique. This is why every treatment plan he creates is individualized to each patient.
When Dr. Laurenza is not working, he enjoys playing sports, such as hockey and golf, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

She takes great pride in educating her patients about the importance of good oral health care and strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.
Born and raised in Mississauga, Nerisa cherishes the opportunity to connect with her community through her profession. Beyond her work, Nerissa has a love for travel and enjoys exploring the world with her two daughters and family, creating lasting memories along the way.
Dr. Ravneet Rayat

Dr. Rayat attends to his patient's needs by providing a holistic approach to health care. This focus on patient centred medicine has helped him recognize and understand the important needs of his patients. In addition to family medicine he has an interest in chronic disease management, mental health, geriatrics, sports medicine, and cosmetic medicine.
When not in clinic, Dr. Rayat enjoys staying physically active and participating in sports and weight training. He has been an avid traveller and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is available 5 days a week for walk-in and family practice appointments.

He obtained his dental hygiene diploma from Oxford College and is in good standing with the CDHO to practice in Ontario. He has also completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from York University. With a strong commitment to oral health and a patient-centred approach, he works closely with the dental team to ensure that each patient receives personalized treatment in a comfortable and stress-free environment.
When not working, Arsh enjoys travelling, playing sports and spending time with friends and family.

Office Manager

Trish has been in the dental field for over 15 years, but was previously in the HR field for 12 years! Her experience in HR has allowed her to excel in her role as Office Manager - if you have a problem, Trish can solve it!
With expertise in team coordination, insurance and billing, scheduling, and patient relations, Trish plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of care and service. She works closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to streamline workflow, manage performance, and support practice growth.
In her free time, Trish loves to read and keep up to date on the latest movies with her husband and her 3 children! Her tight-knit family translates to her approach towards patients and staff, which is an integral part of why patients feel so special when they walk through our doors!
